Letter PFP should be an automatic loss, tbh. Honestly, I do wonder why they changed from based Dex-Chan PFP's to such a downgrade.
Other negative suggestions:

• Doesn't know what Hombre means
• Has a barely populated Profile Post list, except if it is somewhat used by other people apart from birthday wishes
• Hasn't ever shared a page or a panel in the sharethreads
• Being quoted in the Defaultbro thread

No, just one from that, but I would say being in the top five would be worth a second point, so....

Can we get some negatives on the list for difficulty?

Not sure negatives make sense, because the most newbie you could be would be no interactions with a default PFP. (I guess technically you could not even have the account on the forum side - that doesn't get created until you actually open a forum page from the front end - but then we'd never know about you, so....)
