No. Mangadex made a massive mistake there. Author and artist of this series is Kotobuki. While author and artist of love pistol is Tarako Kotobuki.

Mangaupdate made it clear that there is no connection between these two. Their art style is also drastically different.

Someone seriously needs to get a mod to recorrect this issue.
