She’s not a homewrecker if there’s no established romantic relationship. Yes she is fucked up and reason for liking the MC is twisted but she’s allowed to like him and pursue him as it’s not like the FMC has made any moves herself.
I agree with you, but the NTR net is far, wide and deep. People will consider it NTR if it's unrequited love, even if one of the 'couple' doesn't even know the other exists. Just look at idol otaku when their idol gets a boyfriend.

She acted BECAUSE she knew there was something blooming between the protags, fully intent on stomping on that bud before it grew.

There's bedroom talk that can propel the act of intercourse.

Then there's talk-no-jutsu that can make the villain re-think their entire strategy and let the protagonist go.
That remains to be seen. She may have just let him go because she wasn't adequately prepared. A man accustomed to manual labor is undoubtedly stronger than a soft female librarian. She can't force herself on him, even if she wanted. Maybe if she got him really drunk beforehand, or drugged him with a sedative or aphrodisiac, or tazed him, or managed to handcuff him to her bed frame before his initial shock wore off, she could've accomplished her mission without Naruto's consent, but as things stood, there wasn't really anything she could do in that situation except give up.

I'm a little worried, she seems fucked up enough that she might go for a false rape claim for rejecting her.

She is approaching two people as a friend for the sole purpose of emotional manipulation and betrayal. To ruin their relationship and she has a long history of doing this. She got MC drunk with the intent to make it easier to fuck him. What she did to MC would qualify as rape if the sexes were reversed. I don't care about the semantics of what she's called or why she's doing it, what she did was evil. she is a bad person.

I mean if she has to resort to any of that, then she fails her goals of relying on her own seduction capabilities to force a person to drop their facade and give into their depravity. In other words, it's not the act itself that she was aiming for, but the process that'll lead into the act, and the aftermath of the act that'll forever damage what was once pure and stable.

Subduing him with tools or drugs then raping him wouldn't have made him an accomplice, but a victim instead, and judging from her actions thus far, that's not her goal.

Yeaaaah, that's the kind of chapter where half of the comments lack any kind of retenue or nuance.

My take on all that:

-YES, she have a really tragic backstory (let's not diminish how much sexual assault can ruin someone's life and mind please, especially when you have no one to turn to, like her bitch of a mother. "It's your fault, you have a filthy body", fucking asshole, I swear to god...)
-Promiscuity, like someone said before, is a known reaction to victims of this kind of stuff, so, sadly, it's quite a realistic reaction.
-NO, what she's doing isn't right or cannnot be fully excused. She planned to ruin a relationship. Yeah, she's doing that by vengeance because of the horrible experience(s) of her past, but she still decided to make other people who didn't do anything to her pay. She's not full black, but she's clearly not pure white, no no no.

About that comment:
What she did to MC would qualify as rape if the sexes were reversed.
I get what you're trying to say, with the double standard between men and women when it's about sexual assault, but no, it would not have qualified as rape iF the sex were reversed in this situation, because she didn't rape anyone as we saw.
(but I agree on the fact that if the sexes were reversed it would have played out differently)

And i'll use that to go to my next point:
-Remember that you need TWO people to cheat in a relationship. Yeah, she seduced other guys, I get it, but she didn't forced herself on any of them. I mean, that's the freaking point of the chapter: MC said rejected her, she stopped.
Yeah, she's fucked up to try and seduce a new father, but the dude didn't backed up at any point from what we saw. Same for her teacher: he chosed to put his hands on a student, even if she gave him the okay. So let's not act like the only person to blame in her previous stories is her...

In conclusion? That's a freaking grey character, with a sadly realistic and tragic backstory, and a way of coping that makes her more a bad person than anything, but not "woke up one day and decided to be a piece of shit" kind of evil.
She's not "a slut who's past doesn't count" but neither "a poor innocent woman that did no wrong".

I just hope the author will actually go somewhere with all that and give her some sort of character development/closure, and not just put her in the background and do nothing about her, what she went through or what she did.

I personally think (hope) that that’s the end of Shiori’s advances. Her entire MO was that everyone was as “dirty” as she was and would break under the least amount of pressure, no matter how pure they seemed from the offset. Naruto displayed, in some of the most adorably basic terms, that he wouldn’t and couldn’t, even if the object of his affection was unaware or didn’t return his feelings. His “purity” stood up to the test. Every person in the past caved as quick as a flan under the pressure of her bazongas. Naruto didn’t. And hopefully that will make her rethink, or at least question, her worldview.

It seems something Naruto said about his own self-loathing resonated with her. I'm very curious where her character goes from here and I hope she can put herself back together and live a better life.
