It's not exactly speedrun-specific stuff, but as a gamer it's something I recognize. The RPG experience isn't complete without emote spamming. Do people really play RPGs without spamming jump at least once (at least for those games that have it)?

With all the lighthearted comedy I didn't expect a bit of heavier emotional stuff with the two girls' backstory. Damn, Eida endured repeated physical abuse as a child in the name of brutal "training". I was not ready to see that in a funny manga like this.

It's fun to imagine that some dudes in the past might have worn this same armor without regard for looks. True minmaxers would use it if meant having the best stats possible. I actually appreciate that Kiira was appalled at the atrocious aesthetics the "armor" had. Her outfit prior to putting it on actually covered way more of her body.

Probably in the game those adventurer is still monster. He knew it so he ignore it. While here the real one showed up, even he knows it, I don't think he chose to risk it to hire them because it'll became completely different run then the usual run. It make huge difference and it still completely unknown what's going to happen next if he hire them.

I've once read a novel that addressed this point, the story was that the armors biggest protection and power is mana based, the open areas are where the armor takes in mana, if you end up covering it for too long it interferes with the armor's ability to function. Long story short, these armors are made by perverts
