One dialog and we're reading battle shonen about secret organizations and espers...khm, dragon super humans for now. Jokes aside, if this indeed true, I wonder how much time anime will spend to get to this point.

gotta shake out the chuuni tendencies, you know how it is sometimes

very much looking forward to whatever the internal aspect of this frenzy will look like for Ruri, she's certainly got enough in her life at this point to pull herself together after cutting loose like this

damn, looks like the battle manga arc still continues afterall
If it's another personality then it's bullshit. That is totally unnecessary :shamihuh:
It really seems like the focus of the manga is changing from a slice of life about a girl living with dragon traits that pop up randomly, to a battle manga as I can now easily see her somehow getting presonally involved with the organization to go and fight with other hidden beings that threaten the safety of the public. I just want the slice of life back. :pout:

It's seems, that's author really was hurt but those noise about Ruri not being "true" Shonen Jump manga after all. Or redactors was somewhat involed in this...

All these comments seem to forget that slice-of-life mixtures with heavy action do exist, like with the (apt for comparison) Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. There's no reason why both can't exist together in a single work.

Just realized that it's the same thing that this manga has been harping on this whole time. Two conflicting forces can coexist within the same body, but only if you let them and don't try to pit one against the other. Somewhat ironic that the main complaint about the story relates super well to the point it's making.
