Reading this manga it's important to not think of either side as the purely evil as the manga will (probably) switch between them, showing both POVs. Though it's natural to tend to one side that doesn't mean you have to hate the other one.
Sasha made a big blunder that's for sure. In this chapter Hyce clearly pointed out all her mistakes: she made him feel weak and unwanted (lowering his self esteem), she abandoned him to achieve their dream alone and she avoided him for 2 years (due to her feelings of guilt) without clearing up the situation. A good thing in the manga is that he doesn't accuse her of trying to kill him (in the WN he did). Even in the WN he knows but he repeats it because it's his source of motivation. Sending him to the flower field was surely a blunder on her side but it's not so bad some commentators make it. You have to take in consideration that partys distribute their tasks, they have specialist for everything: Sasha (close combat), Reynold (defense), Robin (archery), Tycoon (magic), Piazzola (healer). The party just dismissed Hyce at that moment, the person not only responsible for carrying the luggage but also for administrative tasks and info gathering. Thus, Sasha may be the leader but she's definitely not the brain of the party. So she didn't even think that it could be necessary to gather information on about a flower field she simply hadn't had to do it until this moment. She's the main fighting force of the party. That where she excels. But she's pretty clumsy regarding her emotions.
That being said, of course she is guilty of the points Hyce mentioned in this chapter.
What's worse in this chapter in comparison to the WN is Hyce's reaction in between. I think there was no need for the short outburst which only promotes the edgelord comments. In the WN he remained calm the whole time while pointing out her mistakes.
To sum it up, while being clearly at fault, Sasha (and every other person) should have the right to apologize if that is what they feel (even if it's far too late). On the other side, Hyce has the right to reject the apology. It's refreshing to see the character communicating and expressing their feelings (not the usual "he/she should have understood what I meant..."). What's important is what both of them do with this knowledge.
Edit: The rain that started during the apology gave the scene a pretty nice touch.
