Man such shame the detail in WN missing, after grabbing his sleeve for the second time Hyce sarcastically asking Sasha to "become companion for the night" and sasha reply with "if that what you wish" so she basically try to offer her body to Hyce, which he reply "don't make me disappointed even more" he imply that she willing to become cheap woman and then left.
Later on she talk about this and admit that she try to offer her body to warm Hyce bed.

i don't hate her, i quite like her actually, i do like that when she have no one influencing her (a.k.a some of her teammate), she actually is written as straightforward character like when's she's alone with hyce in the sky labyrinth, or when she finally get to speak to him of what he think of her and vice versa
she gets even better as a character when she finally get to try adventuring alone and find out how hard it actually is being solo even just defeating S rank enemy, not even S+ or even SS+/SSS, which makes her understand hyce even more

you can easily tell how good she is written as a character when she's not with piazolla that agreeing with everything she thinks and piazolla going "no you're not wrong" when sasha is wrong, or having reynold there pampering her too much that she ended up being too reliant on her own team
when she finally rejected reynold confession, you won't have to read as much of reynold pampering her too much as well

the unfortunate part is that, as i'm pretty sure you noticed, most of the chapters with her early on are with those 2, 'cause the part when she's only with robin or tycoon actually when she shine the most as a character, because it gives even more depth to her character when author show her proper monologue or conversation of what she actually think

she's written to be as dense as a diamond when it comes to romance part though

Just one more thing: it seems to me that after Hyce and Sasha completed the Sky Labyrinth together, the original premise of Hyce trying to clear the labyrinths on his own is completely dropped. Am I right?

idk what rifle it is, but that thing being able to blow the head off from the dragon's body is ridiculous, i wish we get more of him trying to frantically strategize fighting it to make his hatred multiplied but at the same time putting real life first if you didn't bait the reader early it would be hard to get another momentum

It's ... complicated. Don't want to reveal to much but you'll find out in the God's miniature garden arc. (you said your're reading the arc where they encounter Eclipse, am I wrong? So it would be the next one). This arc gives a lot of background information on the characters and their feelings. I mean, even with rocket launchers and such you still need to hit what you're aiming at, especially if it's fast or flying etc. With HMG's etc. yeah he can just saturate an area, but with anything that isn't rapid fire or mini-nukes he'd still have to aim somewhat.

I mean, I guess it's not impossible for people with only one eye to adapt and using different techniques do okay with firearms, but still, that's different from being S class amazing at something.

it's not that many of us are saying he should forgive her or go back, it's mostly that he shouldn't make the experience his whole life. It's like Naofumi in shield hero, letting the betrayal at the beginning paint his image and relationship with everyone in the world is something he had to grow out of. Similarly, Hyce shouldn't let this define him and how he lives. He knows who's at fault so it's enough to just hold them responsible and distance himself from them. He doesn't need that same level of distrust with the rest of the world and he'll hopefully let other people in eventually.

To the TL: My position remains the same. There was definitely plenty that Sasha was wrong about and they absolutely should not party again, but Hyce is being a damn child carried entirely by the cheat power. Not having loot efficiency and insisting on increasing the difficulty rating anyway as a solo only works because he seems to be getting manufactured weapons that take infrastructure on the level of an industrial city. And the power seems to be bigger than IRL guns too.
