Since we got the time skip right after he fainted after returning to the guild with the dragon head, we didn't have context. We now have context. So after he returned injured, publicly blaming Sasha to her face for what just happened to him, which was quite obviously the dragon he had dragged in after him, Sasha decides to leave on a quest and basically avoids him for 2 solid years. Not even a letter or note before she goes. No letter or note after that. No asking Guildmaster Geist to mediate. And when she does meet him again, she waits until the party's over and he's leaving. But, you know what? I'll wait to see if they show any of this from her POV, I will wait to see if any of this can be justified. I can't imagine that it could, but I'm willing to see.

No matter what her POV is like, she fucked up and deserves to be hated.

She claims to have kicked him for his own safety, yet sends him to an apparently known SS Level Dangerzone, then decides to not apologise afterwards and just avoid him, because she's "scared", yet didn't do anything despite him now fighting alone, which is more dangerous by a multitude, essentially having made his life just harder.

He lost a eye to her blunder, then 3 years later she suddenly apologises to him after he's officially acknowledged as S Rank and talks about "their" dream, wouldn't be surprised if she was busy with someone else in the party, if we refer back to when Hyce was kicked 😶

I'm definitely not that far in but I actually don't hate her. I think it's really hard to like her as a character because she is essentially the typical dense MC and what she did in the past but since she found her "resolve" she has started to move forward while trying to insert herself back into Hyce's life. In short, I do think she is a bit annoying but my feelings regarding her are pretty mixed.
I do agree, though, that the other female characters (not counting Piazolla) are way better than Sasha.
