I don't think wholesome is limited to just that, but sure that's your take on it. Heck most wholesome manga that are as PG as you might assume, I wouldnt show my grandma anyway because anime/manga cross limits all the time.... I mean thats one of the charms of it...

It's not really NTR at this point. The MC and heroine are not in a relationship, and she just has at least one sex friend. She indicates that she likes the MC and wants to date him exclusively. There's no indication she plans on being unfaithful after they start dating. If it was NTR, one of her sex friends would rape her and then she'd be like "his dick was so big I fell in love with him instead, sorry bro". That could happen in theory, but I find it very unlikely, because NTR heroines are typically not sexually experienced in the first place. Also, the author's notes indicate that's not what's gonna happen. It's hilariously pathetic how put off people get by the idea that the heroine has sexual experience or is sexually liberated. Yeah, you might argue it's cause she's so young, but let's be honest, that's not why you hate this.
