Started reading this today. Why does the author fuck this manga up with this NTR bullshit? I mean the fist 2 volumes where wholesome and now they even are a couple. Does Sasha have any reason to just do this shit and, I asume, hurt the MC?

It's fine and what I expected. Author also explained a bit more of Sasha's thinking and that this is all a reflection of her growing emotionally closer to Master in her own way. Master got a bit overwhelmed but that's expected--he apparently performed very well. The person who actually got the short end of the stick (again) is Senpai, also as expected. He ends up feeling inferior to Master during the "battle" and like he's a third wheel (which he is). His irritation is kind of funny. It's pretty clear he's being used for jokes and author basically confirms in his notes about the last 2 chapters. She also has a conversation with her dad about Master but that's not as important yet, except that her dad wants to meet him.

Yeah that's part of the early release of chapter 72. The series isn't explicit, so it's a battle against a "monster" with two adventurers trying to survive and failing, etc. For comedy and all that. I'm assuming the Fantia post is the same as the Fanbox. Fanbox is where he really posts stuff about this series. Fantia is more for his other alternate routes: the Futoshi-san route and the IF routes, which are generally separate.

This isn't NTR because it's not NTR. Sasha isn't being taken from Master—she only has feelings for him—and he's actively involved in their dynamic. The author has been consistently clear about this and even clarified it again in the comments. If people have an issue with her being sexually promiscuous or with Master also being increasingly open about his sexuality, that's valid, but this is not an NTR story. Chapter 72 is just another example of that. Sasha and Master are a pair--just also a pair of degenerates.

If we're at the point of disregarding the author's repeated clarifications on the matter, and also his repeated discussions of where the story will go, why keep reading? The dynamic just might not work for everyone and I get that for sure. I think its good for you to drop it for now, if that's the case. That's a mature decision. Still, it feels like people have forgotten what NTR actually means or looks like; or they really want the story to be even wilder than it actually is. It's already wild enough. The author isn't twisting words.
