Taco-chan probably parallel time line theory. like that of DBZ. they did travel in time in a sense. but it was actually a different world. identical till X point and in a different time.
so everything done here wont effect her own time. that said. im pretty sure this isnt uncle`s first time time time travel...

Yeah the uncle makes it obvious to the reader that there's some sort of way to travel between the two timelines via trauma or something. I'm glad that they're just not handwaving how she got to the past, even if that detail is altogether unimportant to the plot. (Until now, really)

Given this is a manga I expect her to stay, but realistically once you are getting to 50, 60 and so on you REALLY want modern medicine - or changes are your life will quickly turn to hell and then be over.

So this explains why this is a bootleg isekai, they were hit by a bus, not The Almighty Trick-kun. They were lucky that it transported them to the past unless it is the guaranteed Truck-kun hit all other isekai methods have at most 50-50 chance of working.

The "sword" will bring the along "time's bastard".

It may be that Ashimitsu (sword) had the mission to bring Shizuko (time's bastard).

Possible end of the story may be that Shizuko was actually the daughter of a lord of that Age and therefore her family did not reject Ashimitsu when he appeared.

There was a nice short story by Ray Bradbury about going back in time to hunt dinosaurs, killing a butterfly, and this changing the future quite a bit. In that context her uncle's question even has a meaning that he did not intend. She messed up the future with her reckless actions. So going "back" to the future may actually be dangerous.
