The who-D-know-very-well aren't that much, out of everyone who we hasn't seen their allegiance and would collaborate with Neo Rangers is probably an Executive. We have heard him talking about the most likely executive to be his allies is the Goat Executive(Windy, the guy from yellow battalion is most likely his cover identity).
