I'd like to imagine that he's laughing like the guy in his profile pic. Honestly tho, I didn't click past the first page of the manga cause it didn't take me more than a minute to rub 2 brain cells and see his creative admission to skipping chapters.

Realistically speaking here's what he's doing:
1) sparking outcry for a misdeed (in this case not more of a misdeed but a lack of quality or rather our low standards for tls)
2) informing others about the lack of translation (I didn't even know that there were ~10 untranslated chs)
3) its nice to have at least 3 points in a list

What he coulda done better:
1) Just translate the next ch but the second half of it. Still a spoiler but not that big at least. This is if he was less inclined to troll and more to show that message. Alternatively, go straight to the last released ch and troll.
2) Pick it up yourself? idk your choice on this you say you like it and we're all technically pirates
3) Use this gif for the king crimson ability
