I think Lunatic definitely is on our MC kill list. The goddess summoned the reincarnated because they are needed to fight the previous demon king to begin with. If MC managed to kill the reincarnated but Lunatic is still there then what's the point.

Doubt, Lunatic Isn't a Reincarnator and they're the only ones on the list.

She might kill her out of her being a danger or use her to fight Sato, but she's definitely not on her list.

More so the point is: The reincarnated denizens are causing a problem with the flow of the world. After they defeated the demon lord, they began to throw the world out of balance by using their skills in ways that brought about massive harm to her domain and most if not all of them showed no remorse about their actions. Lunatic might throw the world back into balance as there is always a need of both good and evil, but her being alive and on the hunt is neither the MC's nor the Goddess' problem. If anything it might allow the Goddess to start being able to bring back in NEW heroes after the reincarnators are taken care of or more than likely, become a tool in defeating the previous reincarnators.
