You're misremembering - Ichikawa interrogated Urisugi in chapter 21 to find out what her randy version was doing in her original world. Nothing really "came out of that" if that's what you were hoping for, but that conversation was how she figured out that only their minds switched and not their bodies, which is what ultimately led to her current state of being almost completely "naturalized".

Nope, both the girl (Ichikawa) and the boy (Urisugi) from the normal world have talked with each other in Chapter 21.
The girl asked the boy what the other Ichikawa is doing in the normal world, to which the boy replied that horny Ichikawa doing the same thing as Urisugi now, finding someone perverted to have sex with.
The boy told her that the horny Ichikawa approached him and they had a lot of sex.
However the horny Ichikawa only had sex with him since she tore her hymen and it hurt so much when they did it the first time, given that only the minds are switched between worlds, the body remains the same.
