you should use krita instead.Got my first tablet today, and decided to check out Procreate as everyone seems to draw on these newfangled touchpads nowadays. And, my god. How do people do this. It's tough. Lines never look the way I want.
Second this, I use Krita to draw and it's been fun.you should use krita instead.
its free, open source and alot of people have already made alot of art packs (although, the ui does get along time tl get used to and ngl, I still don't know what half the stuff does)
the rest is a mix of learning a good posture, force of habits and going for simpler stuff at first.
I still don't know what the other types of layers besides normal, multiply and soft light (the one that doesn't fuck with the entierly black lines) does and tbh, I don't think I really need more than those 3 layer types.Second this, I use Krita to draw and it's been fun.
Different layer types (blending modes) can help with different types of lighting or effects.I still don't know what the other types of layers besides normal, multiply and soft light (the one that doesn't fuck with the entierly black lines) does and tbh, I don't think I really need more than those 3 layer types.
sometimes I do watch some tutorials but not very often now cause I kinda have a rough idea of what I'm doing.
yeah, I think I should get to painting one day as well for at least the backgrounds cause that's how most people I know do it anyways.Different layer types (blending modes) can help with different types of lighting or effects.
I recommend randomly experimenting with them for fun (though tbf Krita has way too many of them)
Show art, brotherI use Krita to draw and it's been fun.
do you just have innate aggression towards zzzI dunno, it really bothers me how I can't go on my day without having to talk shit about ZZZ. I like to think I'm still salty about the download stuff, but all this is just... unnatural. I guess.
I mean, yeah. Deleted my precious collection of drawing references, games, to free up 110GB of storage, used 55GB of my monthly internet quota. All this just for the game to not work.do you just have innate aggression towards zzz
how bad of a temper do you actually have? But the aggression part: I don't think it's just limited to ZZZ; I think I have anger issues because my mom's pretty troubled by my temper in general (result of being raised without any friends makes me less aware of myself)
To anyone reading: thanks for listening my woes hahah
Having a resting bitch face, unconsciously raising my voice when talking (tbf when I am irritated I show it to everyone). That's the one I can think of.how bad of a temper do you actually have?

I guess you can say that. I'm annoyed when people aren't concise at what they're trying to tell me.do you feel like you're annoyed every single time you're in a conversation

you just gotta work on that and constantly force yourself to not have a neutral tone.Having a resting bitch face, unconsciously raising my voice when talking (tbf when I am irritated I show it to everyone). That's the one I can think of.
What a shitty boss you have, unreasonable, moody, prone to exploting their workers... I wouldn't be surprised if he has problems in his private life and vent on work, and of course there's no point overworking unless you're paid more than your usual wage (and, of course, willingly). In times like these the best course of action is looking for a new work without leaving your current one.Rant about work:
Work has been hectic. Boss has been... seemingly having weird mood swings or something. Sometimes, he gets frustrated at us for little things. I have been coming in earlier because he didn't like me being late and staying late. Guilty as charged. But sometimes, I get so many documents and ended up falling behind. He can fucking see how many emails I get, but still think I shouldn't have taken as much time as I did. Well, I can't speedrun all the time, and I gotta double check things as well. And I know I get more work than the girls who work with me. I can fucking see how many documents they get, too. We all share the same email address. Just today, an hour before time to leave, people decided to bombard me with like 20 documents or so. I did as many as I could, then say screw it, I'm leaving. It's already time to bail. And then I realize he texted me earlier to vacuum the office (I went to get some water), which I haven't done in weeks because it's always been busy. Goddamn it... But I did it anyway. And then there's the time I printed out a document, went to the restroom before I can give it to the warehouse crew. He saw me coming out, and still asked why I haven't given the paper to them. Uhm, are you... blind? And then he said I printed out the old incorrect one. I swear that was the paper that was updated the second time, unless the customer revised it a 3rd time and only sent it to him.
He can be nice. But sometimes I wonder what the hell goes through his head.
Wants me to come in on time, leave on time, cool. But I can't control how much work I'd have. Someone will complain, somehow, no way around it. Last week, there was a document with issue, and the system for some reason failed to inform us. Customer went to pick up at the port, couldn't, didn't even bother telling us, either. We didn't know until the next day. Boss got mad at me for taking too long to look for the file. Well, my bad, I went to the restroom, while at it. He admitted he also made his own fuck up, which made things even worse. And then he revealed that the same customer has been complaining about me. Same dude who sends on average at least half a dozen files a day. It was a disaster fate intended, I gotta say. I'll try to speed things up, but never will I stay late again.
My experience is this kind of change in behavior is a sign he's getting pushback from above. This can be a early warning that change of some sort is coming to the organization. I'd keep your eyes and ears open for other signs of that. And...Rant about work:

It's almost always easier to find a job while you have one, for some reason. In times like these the best course of action is looking for a new work without leaving your current one.
Ah, no. Let me say that he is not what I would call a bad boss at all. I've been working for him over 7 years, and he has been accommodating and kind, for the most part. Free lunch every Friday, and he buys us breakfast sometimes. I wouldn't have lasted this long if he was a bad boss or the job is bad. I think my wage is good for my job, compared to other places. Having said that, we all have been wondering why we haven't gotten a raise, despite having more work than before... It's close to where I live, too. It's a decent job, overall. It's just that these last few months, he has been seemingly on edge often. I see him more frustrated and stressed out than before. This started after our oldest employee, also someone he knows since he was a kid, retired back in April. He still swings by to have lunch with us every now and then. I'm not the only one who noticed. I asked the warehouse crews, and they agreed. I don't plan on working here forever, but it's not so bad that I need to find another place right now. Of course, I'll try to not have any fuck up so he can't take his frustration, whatever it is, out on me suddenly. What a shitty boss you have, unreasonable, moody, prone to exploting their workers... He's the owner. We're a small office with 5 people. We do get frustrated by some customers, sometimes, though. I'm sure that the customers complain to him, and then he complains to me. I've had someone complaining to me for not finishing their document quick enough, while I was working on the documents that their coworkers have been sending. XD In any case, whatever the problem might be, I hope things will be okay eventually. My experience is this kind of change in behavior is a sign he's getting pushback from above.
