Cute is great and all, but I really feel that the "author is actually really stupid and everything is reused cliches" problem is getting serious.
Especially this male MC has to face danger to protect bullshit, she clearly has no problem with monsters but he has to stick his face where it shouldn't be and risk his life for nonsense "MC = HERO" reasoning.
The super speed other world village thing is just absurdly OP but he just uses it as a hidey hole. What is preventing the villagers from making their own tech? How are they not making all kinds of advanced farming tools and not just hoes, since it's super speed, if he just waits a bit they should be past the dark ages in tech right? And just a bit more and it's modern? Is the MCs existence preventing them from inventing stuff because he's "god" so everything has to be from him? Do they not have minerals in the ground, is mining impossible? There has to be minerals or how could they even farm!
The plot to get him to the island was awful.
Sure is convinient that a girl comes along with a 100% safe place on a 100% death rate island, only for idiot MC to walk out of the safe place for what exactly? His power can already solve all his resource problems, he's going out to look for luxury essentially.
The first chapter spoiler is... I guess some people like spoilers? I sure don't.
And how is the MC so attached to his fake parent and has zero thoughts about his old world parents, speaking of, he has to have some secret "mental fortitude ability" to not get depressed by dying early to disease only to be born as a throwaway child and then being betrayed by the adults he trusted in. And yes "those other priests being bad" is clearly something that his fake father should take responibility for, since hes the one that trusted the MC (his fake child) to them.
I'm mad at stupid authors is what I'm saying. There are series with non stupid authors, but they either don't get translated enough or I just cant find them. So mad.

Yup, it's flawed. Even completely subpar intelligence human could come up that his nice loli Abyss is not just some lady waiting to be saved, but someone who is a top predator on the island. Maybe not the best, but someone who can take care of herself much more than the boy she tries to protect. I don't care if she can shapeshift into a black hole to swallow her enemies or simple stare them down till they drop dead of fear, but she surely has her ways. Fighting back is stupid without proper tools from that boy.
His village is barely scraped past his creation point and from that just used as conveniently taking some resources and introduces a few seeds. Kind of bad interaction if I say myself without proper development of what's going on here, where these people come from and such.
I was thinking at first that this way of getting rid of him was thanks to his foster father's influence and getting around of killing him directly, masking it as banishment, god's journey or some other lie. When we learn that other kids were shipped regularly, getting used as nutrition for these monsters, it's getting more ridiculous. If they were doing this, why did they not killed them somewhere past the city gate...
It's still mildly interesting, but it's not such a good read when characters losing parts of their brain and behave like idiots for no reason.
