I think it's fucking hilarious the main motivation for the MC will be to fight in this post death isekai fighting game world tournament, just so he can go back home and join Daigo's fighting game team IRL. I love how unabashed this series in in exploring fighting game concepts and throwing out the terms and systems in the context of the setting. Seeing "50/50" and "I hate grapplers" is slaying me.

I hate/love how stupid, cringe and funny is that they talk with a straight face about gaming lingo, video game tactics that have no real world bases and practically incel behavior. Just in manga those could be serious matters in a life or death situation... lol

i mean it has real world bases in that world so that comment make absolutely no sense,it doesn't feel dump/cringe/incel...ect or to hate it cause it fit the setup of the fantasy world which is basically built for it. you can say the same thing about magic systems/rpg systems in fantasy manga too. i think it's the wrong way to approach this from a realistic perspective

It has real world "video game" bases but applied in a "real" fight, that's what makes it stupid and funny, they are using tactics that never will work in a real fight. Pretty sure a pro gamer will never beat a pro fighter in a real fight lol...
