I'm guessing back in her 2nd life, Alchemic tech was way more advanced and more common. She was an Alchemic Apothecary so we can assume people with her skill level were "common". Otherwise they would have called her THE GREAT ALCHEMIST if she was the lynchpin of all Alchemic technology. Though, being in the boonies or not if people reacted to her diluted potions like its the next best thing to slice bread. Alarm bells should have gone off for her. Making her question what the hell happened with Alchemy in general even if she is in the sticks.

in fact, the first thing she should have done is to determine how many years have passed between her 2nd and 3rd current life. The only thing she knew for certain is, she reincarnated in the same world again.
