I'm guessing it was just a matter of her not being compatible enough to inherit the knowledge. Chances are her personal drive to learn will make her an apprentice in a more traditional sense of the word.

Uff... this series could be so much better but it feels like they mostly took just the bad examples of other isekai's and integrated them in this one leaving the good stuff out or rushing over it and making it secondary... in the first place her mentality is so forced... 3 lifes and she act so careless and stupid jumping into slavery again with a smile... how much better would this series be if she was some mysterious alchemist witch appearing randomly all over the world in a walking house selling rare items, saving people and then disappear with her walking house as if never there in the first place.
