While LHT is somewhat notorious for doing that, this is consistent with a monthly release.

However... LHT moving their chapter 74 and 75 to "No Volume" so they both show up on top is scummy. Both versions of 74 were even in the correct volume yesterday.

Chapter 71: 11/1/2023 (6:54pm)
Chapter 72: 12/7/2023
Chapter 73: 1/21/2024
Chapter 74: 3/16/2024
Chapter 75: 3/16/2024
Now let's look at the upload dates for LHTranslation:
Chapter 71: 11/1/2023 (12:30pm)
Chapter 72: 12/6/2023
Chapter 73: 1/16/2024
Chapter 74: 2/8/2024
Chapter 75: 3/17/2024
Historically, it's usually LHTranslation that uploads its translation to MangaDex first, then FranscurryTL uploads its translation soon after, so whatever you're accusing LHTranslation of, all of the evidence suggests that FranscurryTL is the one that's actually guilty.
Or maybe they both start trying to translate new chapters as soon as the raws come out, and since they both get the raws at the same time, there's nothing suspicious about both translators finishing around the same time, regardless of who finishes first.

Regardless of the upload speed, LH appears to be doing a better job of it.
I started out reading FransCurry, but I think the group is too small to handle regular uploads at this rate.
There are lots of translation issues with their version, which make it a bit harder to understand the story.
