The closest I can see included is a hypermetabolism, changing girl swinging between big and thin... maybe a competitive eater that changes every other chap saying she entered 'insert food/shop here' eating competition each time a member ask her when she's in big mode or something...

but then people would take it too seriously saying this is fat shaming, losing weight is difficult etc....
