@Dezaki Try to slowly socialize more with either your parent or close friend starting with simple greeting, asking for their condition, or just small talk on your or their everyday life. Analyze on how you get those problem in the first place, discuss on what you found with your most trusted person that was able to give a resourceful input and work together to solve that problem. I recently got hit with that problem too and mostly solve it by myself though it took almost 2 years and a lot of suicidal thought I could pull it off mostly and came out as a slightly unstable but still functional adult male. You might need some help from others or you might try to solve it on your own. Your choice.
