It doesn't mention how long the numbers have been appeared, but my wild guess is few weeks.

Also keep in mind, the less you talk = the less lie you could tell. This shows the huge social gap between MC and Aikawa.
So yeah it's entirely possible to go through days without lying simply because people don't talk to you in the first place.
