I know it was mentioned in comments at NU and under the the original WN comments but it really is a bit sad that Remi never really reciprocates Angel's love for her and only saw it as a true embodiment of Emi's Goodness that Angel sees Remi as such. It's not bad as far as marriage and love goes but it still makes me slightly sad about it. For her, Emi will always come first. Her whole world was Emi and everything and everyone else comes second. Then again, I can't blame her. It was.... a very unique bond.
