Welp, my guess is Seo might be the one actually (almost) killing herself to stop the cycle, but there’re still a lot of pieces missing.
And yeah, at this point Prez is just using psycho-logic for everything. Komachi has all the pieces so what if she’s the one blowing everything up…although so far Komachi has only shown wanting to harm herself and not others.
As always we never have all the pieces until the whole thing starts happening. Sad that Satsuki has nobody actually in her side, maybe besides Akira and the Teacher.

Nevermind, Seo Mizuka, I guess. Hard to keep track when they keep swapping between family names and given names, and it's been a while since they recapped the characters, and the artists' characters look too similar to each other

What about you at this fucking point just kill the President? He already killed atleast 1 person and is trying to kill multiple other people, but noooooooo, its BAD if a psycho murderer dies/gets killed… Satsuki is starting getting really fucking annoying.

"Complete" hanging often comes with a broken neck, which is usually counted as them being deceased as of that moment rather than the 3-5 minutes later it takes for them to actually die from lack of oxygen. Another point that makes rescue of a "partial" hanging victim easier is that they are already on the ground and do not need to supported during the rescue, they are also less prone to injure the rescuer by flailing.

His method is extreem but at least it base on good will, and he only target people who hurt other. now you killing someone for that ? so you killing someone for worse reason than killer himself. Um, did you forget when she tried to pull Satsuki's fingers off the ledge when she was hanging on? Yeah, she said she did it to "help" Satsuki, but c'mon. I'm not sure why more people aren't catching on to how unbelievably sus Komachi is.
Killing the Prez to stop him from killing others isnt worse than what hes doing. its exactly the same as what hes doing. By his own logic that those who enjoying harming others should die, he should die for how ecstatic he is at killing Michiru. He has arbitrarily excluded himself and his actions from his philosophy. If Sastuki killed him, she'd be the exact same as him. Killing him would be wrong, but he is not more deserving of life than the people he kills. Especially when he goaded Michiru into doing what she did to kill Miho. If trying to kill Miho is a crime deserving of death, then he is just as guilty.

nah, if i have to come to the solution of killing, i would prefer helping Dexter than prove him "he is not more deserving of life than the people he kills" and shit. I don't freaking care if he actually turn out enjoy what he did, his action mean many lifes less at harm

Killing goes against Satsuki´s entire philosophy and beliefs, she is never going to take that as an option even if the person in question deserves it.

Then he would set the dead wasp in a different place. Schemes can get silly when you have the power to see the future. All he'd need to do is arrange it so a premonitory corpse appears for Satsuki dying of anaphylactic shock to guarantee this works. Then take some action to save her so he's not a total hypocrite (just mostly a hypocrite).
This same guy re-arranged drinks in a store until he abused a 0.22675736961451% chance to kill Miho. Or stacked pencils on a staircase until it randomly killed his teacher. It's his serial killer modus operandi.
