That's a flawed way to look at history, no? Putting it the other way, "war will always come" also mean "peace will always come" since war can't "come" if they're not in state of peace.

No, Hild... Thorfinn was wrong. Like it was a nice idea but yeah the blood is on his hands too. You can't expect to have only peace. Like sure be against swords but think the wall would have been a good idea. It is just a defence tool and that wall will not attack.
