Buddy, everyone knows that the best way to pick up chicks is to help them overcome their childhood traumaYou could feel bad for Yoshi but he never took the time to put himself in Hanako's shoes, just considered her the sole reason of his suffering, so you're on your own buddy
Also while Tae-Wol is doing her whole womanizer bit I think she's trying her best to bring Hanako some relief and stop her from spiraling, even if she sees that deep down Hana's mind is too full of conflicting emotions to ever try for a relationship with her
as soon as it was said that she's a witch. Apparently, there are no male witches. When was it officially revealed that Tae-Wol was a woman even though we all called it?
He seems emotionally unstable enough to show up later on at Hana's place freaking out about the fact that his life is still shit, even after Hana walked out of it. Maybe he'll get beaten up by Sadako if we're lucky.Dude got off way too lightly for my tastes.
Idk, feels like Sadako-Hanako will be the OTP.Damn I don’t think my sada hana pairing is gonna go anywhere since this dog is in the way
Where did you find that about the ring???Tyftc, missed this series.
Idk, feels like Sadako-Hanako will be the OTP.
They're both too important in the story to be likely to actually get with a side character in the long run, their names rhyme and anyway it seems pretty evident that they're gonna get together and it'll just take a while, Hanako being introduced to the story as a non-antagonist character that Sadako is (obliviously) in love with would be pretty pointless otherwise as from what we've seen so far if she weren't being held back nor protecting anyone then Sadako could probably steamroll most witches in this universe if she were just trained a little in combat (I'm also assuming her status as an Oni allows her to grow stronger from killing or even just being exposed to death which oughta be unique among witches based off of what those rebels said with Humans only being good for stress relief.)
While I don't like Tae-Wol cuz she's getting in the way of the ship it does seem like she's a decent person and from what her sister said she doesn't actually act on her womanization, she just flirts and takes it slow (albeit that could just be bs), so kinda like MacinteuchPlus said she's probably just gonna act as a therapist for Hana and there might end up being one of those "Go, be with her. cries after Hana leaves to be with Sadako" scenes after she falls for Hana but realizes it too late and when knows that Hana and Sadako are in love or sumn.
On an off the subject note, just found out that the Ring Sadako Yamamura was canonically intersex, since Sadako here was likely named after her I wonder if she is too? :3
It's a fairly important detail in the novels.Where did you find that about the ring???
Ohh novels I see now only knew of the films was not aware it’s based on novelsIt's a fairly important detail in the novels.
They're wildddddd fr, plot twists you wouldn't expect at all based on what we see from the movies, especially in the 3rd novel.Ohh novels I see now only knew of the films was not aware it’s based on novels
Was it even her fault that they died? Maybe she just lives in an incredibly dangerous area.Tbf Sadako was hidden in a mountain and wasn’t raised to believe murder was bad. She just saw random people
She could always try bullying Sadako again! Any attention is good attention to her!Hana's engaging in introspection, growing as a person, and maturely ending a toxic relationship.
Absolutely heartbreaking to see.
Please just punch something already. Or at least chug some Haterade, hop online, and let the shitposts flow.
It's like I don't even know you anymore, Hanako.
