I doubt it, honestly. Her comments seem like the type of jokes those in close friend groups would make, and she's never been shown to be that serious about the yuri circle thing. It's just a funny name for their friend group.
Edit: I'm not against the idea of her being gay (though I would feel very bad for Tokio), and my library filled with yuri can tesitify to that. I just don't think it's been set up properly for that to be the resolution.

I really don't think it's that serious. The problem is likely just as simple as she's said. She feels lonely because both her best friends now have boyfriends and will have to spend less time hanging out with her (how true or false that is isn't important rn). It's a little understandable how she's reacting, at least in reference to her admitted behaviour while she binge eats. (Stalking your friend may be odd, but are we seriously going to question manga logic?)
I just think it's being played for comedy, is all.
