In the novel version, she eventually breaks the level 99 limit, though the level displaying orb stops working properly and only displays the last digit of the level, leading Yumiella to almost going berserk and destroying the world, she's stopped by Patrick who calmed her down.

from the LN, it takes something special to break the level 99 cap. Guess who is the first person to break that cap limit?

The Dullahan final boss of the Dolkness dungeon remembers Yumellia quite well but he was defeated by her a lot more than the other guy.
