Tezca is likely the person that calls after the president, the clues being “karaoke” and bringing the “friend” or “the triplets”. Also Yamano refers to himself as an uncle that can pay for them so the person in the phone is likely a “not working not adult” person ie a student.

There was a lot of set up with Tezca for the past couple chapters, I wonder how she will be involved.

Edit: Another clue, in a previous chapter, her friend said “bring the cool tanned dude” to karaoke.
