Used it all up against Kimun Kamuy, not just her mana, but basically her capacity to use magic in the first place. Though the emptiness left over has also been useful in certain ways.

Tezca is likely the person that calls after the president, the clues being “karaoke” and bringing the “friend” or “the triplets”. Also Yamano refers to himself as an uncle that can pay for them so the person in the phone is likely a “not working not adult” person ie a student.

There was a lot of set up with Tezca for the past couple chapters, I wonder how she will be involved.
