I don't think there's a need to redo your old scans, unless there's some obvious problem (e.g. the raw was crap quality). You have enough work dealing with new chapters. Don't overwork yourself to death; you probably won't get isekai'd.

As for the question, My vote is to just let it be, no need to redo. Its not that "low" in quality which would require a redo. Lets just make them something we look back onto, on how far we have come...

Kinda but also it's hard to know what level of strength relate to human tearing limbs, and also knowing is GREAT but in situation they might not have time and the reflex to control that

Aside from the ears, he's got the same colour scheme as a dark elf and he's got flashy earrings so I had a thought he might be a dark elf using illusion magic on his ears or something but that's probably reading too much into it and it's just the mangaka wanting to introduce another ikemen design.
I second what others have said, I don't think you need to redo any chapter here. In fact, I've read your translations on a number of manga, and they've all been pretty high quality. Definitely nothing close to something that would need a redo.
Those last two panels with him staring at the crowd and then showing Haruka's group did give me the same feeling, potentially implying his shock at the fact that there's another dark elf here.
