Not to be down on this chapter but I genuinely have to ask what was the point of this chapter? Before I could understand throwaway chapters like this, but now I don't see the point for these chapters here. Why give each dragon their own manga spinoff when you're gonna still waste chapters in Kobayashi's manga for filler stuff like this? This feels like it could've just been in Lucoa's own manga and not here. Kobayashi barely gets any spotlight in her own manga nowadays.

It's showing Lucoa trying to make amends and forgive Tezca, which would only happen in the main series because Tezca only exists here. The Lewdcoa/Shouta series is for funny suggestive shenanigans, same with the Ilulu/Take and Kanna/Saikawa ones.

this manga was always a slow burn, there is 1 or 2 panels or lore drop atmax per chapter and the remaining part is just goofing around by all the casts, I think we kinda got the lore of why the mage (Shinzo) was trying to protect the ooguma (reincarnated human). Also it feels like (some) dragons are kinda aware of takiya having some kind of power?
