Yeah, I was wondering if it was just me or was a hallucinating like I always do, good story, kinda has gotten slow or maybe it's just the release schedule of the mangaka, but I'd love something completely different like a short day in the life of each of the character or a date, or some hardcore I'll protect you my prince moments

yeah, like teenage (and younger) girls don't do this shit. had two girls (who were delinquents btw, and I was an awkward gangly short guy) harassing me for three fucking years only to hear from them couple of years after graduation "tee-hee, we were not aware at first, but when we understood, it was kind of too late, so we couldn't stop, wanna have a threesome?" to which I answered "could you kindly FUCK OFF"

it's not the gender, it's not a musculinity of any sorts, it's just being confused teen with a volatile hormonal cocktail fucking up the brain + some level of assholishness

Unfortunately, some middle school kids really believe that nothing says ‘lifelong romance’ like trauma-bonding through emotional terrorism. I do believe most grow out of it though. Still I can see how much it can affect the lives of the people who were subjected to that kind of behaviour, poor Tomo.

Good on you for telling them to fuck off. I agree that sort of behavior should not be rewarded. Forgiven maybe, but not in a way that they get to do it again.

I do want to say that gender, or masculinity, are very dependent on culture. Even within a culture there are many expressions they can take. And being a teenager, surrounded by confusing messaging, with your raging hormones, makes it VERY easy to do horrible things to people. It's not the gender or the masculinity that matters; it's the toxicity. Unfortunately, under patriarchal and heirarchal societies, toxicity is often represented as an ideal form. That's what I like to call out for what it is: Being an asshole.
