After reading the whole story a few times there are things you pick up on. I think the author had a great idea with the whole space/time confusion and 4th wall breaking through Mugetsu. It could have taken a little bit better direction towards that end and the actual conclusion though. Still...
The dad thinks a simple "I'm sorry" will do it huh? He deserves to get an earful for trying to be responsible now. Can't believe he has the gall to act like the moral superior also when saying "It's what she would have wanted" when he literally walked out on them. What a trash father...
I'd rate this as an 11/10 if I could. The deeper meaning, the story, the emotion, the powerful imagery, this one truly has it all. Honestly if you haven't seen this one you're missing out on a life changing experience.
