@Joonhas yeah you're right. I think most isekai are just like fast food manga, simply for the purposes of reliving a fantasy rather than actually making sense.

2 things. If delusions go down that would mean the story becomes progressively less "delusional" so the preposition I think you intend to use is "up" instead. Secondly, the reason is provided; a rich lady who is starved of social interaction seeks to obtain it through paying, as well...
