I remember checking the WN to get some spoilers, but it was so barebones and short (21 chapters), that the manga changed, added and improved alot of stuff compared to it, even on the latest manga chapter is nothing close to what the WN did

A big difference here with the WN, is that it didn't have this whole "fight" with the father, i'll mark it in spoilers just in case but the father just show up, fmc say some words, then get send to the mines along the stepmother and stepsister

Hard to say. The online publishing of chapter 2 - 20 has ended. The only way to know is to purchase those chapters. Not a bad thing, mind you.

I can't think of any other "reincarnated as a character" series where NPCs actually catch on or where the MC admits they're not the original character. Very interested in how this plays out.

The closest I can think of is Pride in Last Boss Queen, but that's quite different than what we've got going here.
