Y'know, the lite-4-chan-y crude dumb loli/whatever joke stuff you've put up may indeed be dumb fun to y'all, I get it, but for some of us it's pretty off-putting to deal with every April. (Or was it April last time this happened? I forget.)

It's all in the spirit of the holiday to be damn annoying, I know. But can't you like, at least mix it up and have triangle-chinned muscular yaoi ads one of these days, this right now is just sexist.

(More seriously, though, the tone of these is obnoxious/unpleasant enough that I actually did immediately feel compelled employ my ad-blocker to block the banner element, and it does, on some days, feel a little bit like the staff thinks everyone reading on the site is "one of the guys".)

I mean, I get it, but could there be a filter on what ads get put up? Like, merch shopping and such is great and I'd be fine with missalanious others, but I really can't get behind the ones that are strait up porn advertising. I really don't want that shit while I'm reading about a female character working hard to not be looked down on. It just feels gross and its why I don't go to many other sites.

Ads are fine as long as they're not intrusive (like ones that try to open a new tab when you click anywhere on the page) and don't follow you across the internet (for example: using your own ad system instead of many sites using google's).

I don’t mind the ads, they’re kinda smart, but I wish they were more inclusive. Why not have ads for “pure yaoi” and “2d lonely boys in my area,” etc. Right now it kinda seems like you think only guys use this site?

I strongly disagree. Do you consider the avg shitty ecchi-fap-to-me-puberty-hormone-fed-boy-manga sexist? Well, I at least consider such "work" to be real shit entertainment, but eh, it sells. Infact most works are shite.

it's when the incessant popups and redirects start and there's MORE ads shoved between every third page or so like KM had that it gets annoying (course back then I just started adblocking until they blocked chapter access to people who blocked ads...at which point I said screw it and I found MD)
