I read this as I watched the anime. So far only this training arc went a different path, right?

The others differences I remember are just small enough to ignore since its either additional details in manga or anime.

Will this go a completely different way from the anime? Like the battle against the demon lord was underwhelming tho I still like its happy ending and wanted more of what happens after. Also it seems that the WN and LN also have a different path starting on the training arc?
