As for having a family, she's totally get smaller after the wedding just in time for the "traditional" sex just to grow big again when she discovers some new wish. Meantime, there is a plenty of fun size difference couple can have together. The way you're talking about it, is seems like every gay couple is tragic story because they can't have children or have "normal" penis-in-vagina sex.

This series had its ups and downs but we've finally arrived at I believe an acceptable conclusion, still kinda annoyed the kiss was covered by a curtain like GOD the authors stingy with that... but I'm glad she returned to being big again, its what the manga was all about after all so...
