I cringe everytime I open a something new to check it out and its a long strip, or when I see a scan team uploads a super high res page that loads in like a broken crt screen updating.

I haven't payed attention to the rules on it since I've never been involved in uploading, but is there any talk of a stricter hard limits on image sizes in general? I'm really shocked at what some people think is okay to upload size wise.

I mean if they limit one scanlator for one chapter (only for solo leveling) this might fix it...
IDK but it's pretty simple if solo leveling is the cause.

Or add a restriction to views like you know those restrictions which come up in sites if they are too many users within a short period of time.
(This would obviously make users/readers a bit frustrated but it's worth it since when 502s happen both user and devs are on hold.)
I don't know whether this makes any sense or even do-able for the devs.

Yeah as much as I want to agree because I really realllly do believe in paying the creators, not all official releases are made equal.
I'll be dead in the cold hard ground before I go over to Webtoons to read their shit americanizations of Korean works. I'll stick to scans where they actually have Korean names and aren't running around named Daniel and Snapper.

@LadyTyche There's a Data Saver option that you can turn on to load compressed images. But it'll be tedious to constantly switch it on/off depending on which series you're reading :v

I'm fine with the ad for a temporary duration. I'm just scared that you guys will see the money you could be making and then lose sight of mdx. The transparency puts me at a little ease though.
