Ah yes, he just became a Tesla

On another note, sooner or later, our world's Teslas would also be upgrade to be able to fight as well.

I'm curious to see what the quest marker skill does, though they're currently on a rescue mission so I guess they'll leave that for later.
"wash and dry our panties." I guess it was that bad...
It's quite hilarious how menacing she is while saying that. XD
Thank you for the chapter! So you're telling me the stupid theatrics he got to go before wasn't the fastest he could go? Ignoring all the other questions that suddenly makes me have, then how did it decide on those previous routes if it doesn't always automatically that the "optimal/shortest" path from the start? Did it previously arbitrarily add detours, skip tricks, or even add tricks that actively COST time? Or I suppose whatever the equivalents of those would be for the auto battle function as well.
The skill was always limited by external factors such as his level and available tools, but it did seem to push his body to its limits (auto-battle usually results in his muscles all going sore and some bones breaking). It appears that the skill itself had some internal rules and limits as to how it constructs its automated actions.
My best guess is that, just like the skills themselves have a cool-down period, it's possible that the automated actions that he can take while using a skill have cool-down periods too. For instance, the skill might consider an automated route where he jumps off a ramp and after jumping off a ramp there's a cool-down on that specific action so he can't just jump off a ramp then jump off another ramp immediately. Maybe it simply looks at how long it would take for him to do things without the skill and then tries to find automated actions that achieve the task within a percentage of that time and the higher level skill looks at how to achieve the task within an even lower percentage of that original time.
The backlash on his body for using auto-battle is already pretty substantial so if auto-battle II is even faster then he can expect to be in even more pain after the battle. The skill already doesn't consider his safety once the skill effect has ended and I think that one of its internal rules is that his body remains whole throughout the process (as in, auto-battle II won't sacrifice limbs to get a faster time) but we'll have to see. Maybe unlocking a higher level of the skill gives better cool-down or more safety or maybe he'll even be able to target monsters he's never once harmed before.

Care less about safety and more about fast

Finally, Claus is getting a scolding for his wreckless activation of the travel skill.

But will he learn thou?

I like the implication that all of the auto-travel and auto-combat antics up to this point were just casual mode. Now it's time for some real speedrun strats!

You know, in these cases where he uses DONKEY to travel, it's not his skill that's impressive but the pure physical prowess of Silver (formerly Hanako) that can even make those moves possible.

Seriously, that DONKEY is being slept on.
ever see a donkey fucking a dragon?
