I'm honestly convinced there isn't a single good human left in the entire world. This story is really going pretty heavy handed with the humans were the demons all along. Had the girl and her little sister been given enough screen time, no doubt they would be some sort of serial rapists who get off on kidnapping children and bleeding them out like cattle or something, and the village was actually in danger.

@kira0080 I bet they are real and with how powerful Raul 's dark powers are, it might be possible that he can talk to the dead. I mean the messenger which the general killed at his home and encountered on his way to the capital was pretty much a ghost. He is still connected to the goddess of this world so it might be possible that his ability to talk to the dead is not a product of his dark powers.

Couldn't we have a chapter where the one's going to be destroyed by the MC were just simple people who made a bad decision?
Ofc you'd want to destroy this village immediately after seeing how evil they really are, but I feel that just makes their deaths justified.
I think it would have been a more interesting decision point if we look at them as the bystander to evil deeds type where evil goes unchecked when good people do nothing.
From what we've been reading so far its either good or evil and nothing in between.

This village was already shown to be filled with scumbags back in chapter 18, just read the first 10 pages, and it's showed that he knew from quite a while that the village was full of scumbags, he also has personal revenge with the villagers since they were also the ones who willingly let the soldiers, who were his friends, to die as monsters

Also for some who are asking if the hero let the girls die, look at the first page, there a hooded figure holding a lantern walking were it was showed that it was the place the villagers buried the girls as the page transition to white to black at the bottom, so it could be said that he either knew that the villagers buried their victims there, or that he used magic to find it, then he used his magic to see how the girls' corpses died and then used his magic to disguise as the older sister when he showed for his revenge
