The villagers were first introduced to just not have let the mutated warriors in or given them water which was not enough of a reason to kill them all so the author has to up that and make them killers that murder children accidentally stumbling into their village.

I'm really wondering if the author does that on purpose or if he is mentally unable to imagine anything with any kind of nuance.

The two murdered girls might have been the first decent people to have ever been shown.

P.s. Ah no, there's also the monsterfied soldiers. So all good people get murdered and all bad people are absolutely inhumane monsters. That's what I mean with a lack of nuance.

First there is no way the MC didn't notice shit during his first tour of the world, second there is also no way a society like that where everyone seems to murder everyone would reach that level of development. Look at second to third world countries in Africa or Middle-/Southern America that work like that.

Ahh~~ this sucks. It's like I can feel the mangaka on my shoulder, breathing heavily, "H-hey, did you know these guys are evil? D-d-did you realize yet? I'm good at f-foreshadowing, r-right????" Jesus dude. We already get it, the setup is garbage, and we already know the end result. He literally made the two girls sparkle, trying to convey how innocent they are, then an attempt at surprising us at how they get brutally murdered, like literally every other character. Whatever, I just want to see more of the princess getting humiliated, that setup of the story was good, but then she just gets dropped. If I recall, she is still alive, so I hope to see more of her, but she probably isn't gonna appear again for some time, again, if she's still alive. Seeing more of her is all that's keeping me on this series.

@Elhao I actually live in Argentina and our society is terrible, they/we elected someone that fucked the country 16 years ago for 12 years (she has killings (among other stuff) under her belt such as Prosecutor Nisman back then in 2015 along with the recent murder of one of her closest secretaries Fabián Gutiérrez just a few days ago) just last year, and FWW, I don't consider Argentina to be as behind of America bar USA/Canada like you people make it out to be when it comes down to your average stuff. If that doesn't tell you how bad the stuff here is then idk, mate.

TL;DR: you people are way too disingenuous, you think it's either a shithole or a paradise when you can absolutely have terrible governments/countries such as the 99% of south/central america in 2020 that seem to do okay at first glance.

@defianze Not always, the Cannibal Guy was kinda handsome (They only got ugly when in outright evil mode) and the women are pretty too. ... well start pretty, then the MC comes.
