I don't want to say it, but I have to. This Mc was a total idiot this chapter. I could not stop thinking how dumb the guy was the entire chapter. Actually almost got me to drop this in a single chapter. Almost.

lets be honest if we were him and didnt have all our trope knowledge we would of all fell for this cause who would try to kill a fellow student like that wouldnt of even crossed my mind and while i wouldnt go to level 20 no matter how much she tryed to get me to (but im an asexual coward) i know people who are real pushovers and will even put there own health at risk rather then say no.

also the fact hes never had this happen before so unlike us who have seen (in stories) this play out a thousand times this guy hasnt also as you said wiki unless he forgot to read her bio(always read bios) also if her bio is diffrent then in the real world this puts the whole wiki in the unreliable (again reasons not to use wiki as your only source of info in real life) but if it does say shes an asshole then damn dude talk about having the red flags a click away and not looking because privacy (i assume that would be why he didnt read her bio)

That's not really the thing I'm really mad about, it's just its not being loyal to the only friend and person that decided to help you.
