i know this was necessary for the story development, but if Gobubi was able to throw something at the Wraith from behind it it looks to me like it wasn't targetting them any longer, so they could have literally just walked out as they came

she was already shown in ch 1 so no one should be surprised and should already know lol

but again with that said the story can now fully begin

Yeah, this confused me too. The enemy had de-aggroed because they hid + got rid of the intimidation, if it was still on the lookout for them it would've just waited outside, looking at the door. They could have just sneaked by like they did before (and like Gobubi did here).

He says it will "lock on to you forever" to say why Gobubi can't outrun it, but like that clearly isn't the case if it loses track of them, because it stopped locking on to them in the first place, or else the sneak attack wouldn't have succeeded. Feels dumb.

You can have goblin waifus without turning them into generic moeblobs, though. Like they don't even keep her skin green, the only notion that she's not just an elf/fairy (from her ch1 appearance) is that the tips of her ears are black.

Why bother making her a goblin in the first place if you're just gonna de-goblin her asap? It's like the BS isekai pull where they put the manga's gimmick in the title, and then erase it later on when they don't wanna deal with it anymore. The most recent of those being an isekai

named "I was reincarnated as a blind girl - I rely on my previous life's memories and magic to survive." just made the titular blind girl able to see again, via random magic blessing. Which just feels lame/a cop out.
