Multiple ways i can see this going, i dread a few of them and some of them i can tolerate. Its obviously way to late to introduce a real love rival so it could be
1. Fake confession and shes actually after takamine
2. Rejected instantly because he loves takamine. (Idk why youd do it in the first place then but this manga was never really big into making sense so)
3. Accepted and takamine is jealous. Idt he has it in him, hes to interested in the fake sa allegation blackmail tsundere to care about a normal girl.
4. He rejects her but in such a way that takamine overhears it and thinks he accepted it and now is mad.
