@Ichijiku I'm no expert in Esperanto, other than that I think it's pretty interesting and tried translating manga into it once for fun, but consulting the dictionary I have it seems like it's probably not Esperanto? Or else it might be an attempt at something like Esperanto from someone passingly familiar with the language.
It doesn't seem -ia is a standard suffix for basically anything, with -a used for adjectives and -i for infinitive verbs. Heterogena would be used for
Heterogeneous, while Lingvistiko (or maybe Lingvistikoj with the plural -j in case the root word doesn't count as plural) would be
Linguistics.
It'd be technically possible to write Lingvistiko with the vi in Japanese katakana, but it'd be a pain in the ass lol. Like... ヴィ or something. リンヴィスティコ or リングヴィスティコ I think would be closest.
