Maybe I should have phrased it somehow else, either way, there's still other ways to shave time, I can't tell you ones that I can't think of but redrawing sfx is not the norm but if the scanlation wants to keep it high quality, like I said, I respect it.

I'm happy to help with cleaning but I can't asure you my drawing skills if you need more hands on that.

As far as translating names go... just look at the official light novel english release. Same goes for many other things. The story is the same, just that the manga skips through some parts quicker.
